Eldon and Fenwick

Two new additions to the Watch, from the Citadel Dogs of War range: Eldon and Fenwick. Forget the initial plan about building a imperial Marauder-only army: I'm trying now to paint all the Empire models designed by Aly Morrison (either for Citadel or for his own range). Not sure I'll see the end of it...

  1. Painting all Aly Morrison minis as an army or just painting them?

    1. As an imperial army. To be honest, I'm not sure I can make it, there is a lot of minis I don't know what to do with... =

  2. Two fine additions. How many are there and do you have them all now or still some collecting to do too?

    1. I answered my own question when I saw your looking for pages. I have checklist pics almost exactly like yours, uncanny! I can help you with greenskins and you have spares of the three dark elves I need to complete that range, and some others too from the various ranges. I'll try to put my pics up in the next week or so and maybe we can see if we have enough to trade to make the shipping worthwhile, what do you think?

  3. Very nice. And a very lofty goal ... even if you never do finish! 😎

    1. Thanks! Initially, my plan was to paint three different armies: one with Marauder Miniatures, one with the Perrys' models post 1992, and one with the eighties Citadel models. Pure non sense... two lives wouldn't be enough. Now I'm simply trying to complement the Marauder range with imperial models sculpted by Aly Morrison during the 80s.

  4. Reality be damned - the three army plan sounds fantastic. After all, everybody needs a retirement project. Lovely painting as always!

    2. Agreed. You never know you might manage to paint all the figures in those ranges. And how cool would that be!
