So, here is my plan: to distract people from collecting dwarfs, I'm intending to make available online some great articles featuring armies of the other races of the Old World... If collectors start to invest in elven, skaven or undead models, I expect a rapide decline in dwarf prices :o) Clever, isn't it?
First countermeasure: Richard Gunson's Undead army, published in WD142. Now, drop your dwarfs and go buy skeletons and zombies!
The complete army, with the zombie dragon as central piece. Isn't it beautiful?
And to help the reader to start an undead army, followed a tutorial by Mike McVey on painting skeletons.
Don't forget to send me your useless dwarf models ;o)
I knew that Zombie Dragon was cool, and seeing it like this makes me what it even more. Never seen the WD article before. Thanks for posting it.
ReplyDeleteI think you diversion tactic is working ;)
DeleteMuahahaha! I knew my plan was perfect ^_^
Deletehaha nice ploy, never going to work, I have stacks of OOP dwarves, dig your chaos thugs and we will talk in the future

Hmmm... I see you're not totally convinced. Don't worry, other armies will follow soon, you'll drop your dwarfs in the end :o)
DeleteExcellent tactic any chance you have any old Wood Elves articles? I can take my finger off the "Buy It Now" button on the dwarf listings as soon as I see it ;)
ReplyDeleteDamn', you've just spoiled my entire strategy: the Wood elves articles were supposed to be my "coup de grâce" :op
DeleteOh I hope that's not a tease!
DeleteWhat a super find! Thanks for posting. Nice to see a classic army - and nice to see the Lichemaster making another rare appearance.
ReplyDeleteOld school undead armies always looks great...maybe next project. Thx for sharing the articel /Hans
ReplyDeleteI have a question not about the spine dragon but about zombie dragon...
