Talisman and Marauder swordsmen
Same sculptor, same pose, two swordsmen designed by Aly Morrison, the former for Talisman game around 1985, the second for the Marauder Miniatures range around 1988 (a member of the command group MM61).
You may have noticed a slight change in the colours between the two models: I've changed my camera, the new one gives brighter tones (see below).

After the crossbowmen and the scouts, my third regiment of shooters is finally done: a bunch of Pfeildorf's citizen, gathered to defend the walls of the city.

Empire archer #9: the Hooded Man
One of the last unreleased Marauder Miniatures I've been able to grab in the last few years, the "hooded man" is a welcome addition to Pfeildorf's shooters, considering that we have only three models of archers available in the whole Marauder range (you've already seen them a couple of times).
About models you've already seen, third (and last) version of citizen CZ18:

Empire archer #6
Back on Pfeildorf's archers. I'll try to complete the second half of the my unit started last year in the coming weeks.
Marauder citizen CZ18. Second time I paint this model. Nothing much to say about it.

Marauder Giant MB7
At last! Three months and a half to complete this monster. It already fell twice, and I still need to touch up a few things in the back and on the barrel. Anyway... final pictures:

Giant WIP III
The endless story...
Since the last post, I've been able to paint the sword and the arms of the giant. First pictures show the shield and the sword glued into place. The sun is perfect to indicate the giant's allegiance to the Sudenland.
The following picture shows the left arm completed and some dirts and bruises added on the legs, below the knees (not sure you can actually see them, though).
The third set of pictures shows the two arms assembled. The trunk and the oddly sculpted moss or foliage was quite hard to paint properly, if you have some piece of advice to improve the look, feel free to post a comment!
Note the blood splatters all over the legs... not my initial intent, as I was only targetting the end of the trunk. In the end, it's not that bad.
Hopefully, the next post will be the final one for this giant!
