Kaboom!

A 21-gun salute to celebrate my hundredth follower! The crew is a Marauder dwarf, the gun is the ex-Citadel and now Wargames Foundry Bell Bombard, unfortunately sold without axle and with smaller wheels than the original ones.

For the painting, I've drawn insipiration from the Rackham Griffin cannons and I'm quite happy with the result (although there is always room for improvement!).

  1. Congratulations on the 100th follower.

Great job as always, I really like the wood grain. I never noticed the bandaged hand before.

  6. Excellently painted Bombard and Dwarf, they work really well together.

I was looking at the old red Catalogue and the wheels look like they are the wheels for the old breech loading bombard. So while not the original wheels, they are from the same era.
