Dwarf warrior #11

And here is the bearer of the 'legendary' shield, an old Norsca dwarf. As you can see, I've tried to paint a new metal to change from the usual blue-grays... What do you think?

    Sans doute le meilleur de ceux que tu as posté jusqu'ici. Beaucoup de caractère et un choix de teinte de peau/barbe au poil. Je ne connaissais pas le modèle, il a superbement bien vieilli :)

    Just beautiful work :) I have been transfixed with your dwarfs and Empire models these past few days upon discovering your blog while looking for dwarf miniatures online. May I ask where the kite shields are from? Are they a citadel plastic shield, or from a different manufacturer? Thanks

    Thanks for the reply and I will check their website. I am now trying to track this particular miniature down in the old catalogs and can't find him. Could you please tell me if this is an old Citadel or Marauder miniature? Thanks.
