Another duo of Dwarf warriors

The drunkard is not exactly an OOP model, but this 90's exception is compensated by a really old miniature: Gimli, teleported right from the Middle-Earth down to the Old World.


Not exactly my best paint job, I think I'm eager to finish now...

As I said before, the quarellers are done. Proof by picture:

Cannon #2 reloaded

I was not really satisfied with the first crew of my heavy bombard. So, bye bye engineer and town cryer, say hello to the masked gunner.


And here is the heavy bombarded reloaded, using a former Dwarf warrior, the new gunner and the third member of the original crew. Hope you like it!

Spearmen #23 and #24

Dwarf spearmen. Done. I've already whined a lot about this unit, incorporating models I don't like much (the range of spearmen being rather limited, I used all the dwarves I could find on eBay). Let's say I'm happy to conclude with these two guys.

The first one is a model sculpted by Colin Dixon (I believe). Strange proportions, but in the end, rather nice to paint. The second one is a Citadel imperial dwarf initialy armed with a hammer (lost in a previous conversion), and now holding a spear from a set of dwarf weapons (Hasslefree Miniatures).
